After months of endless pursuit, Empire is proud to make public that with construction wrapped on the ground level of Tower 217 both units are occupied and actively open for business.

Kindred is true to it's name as a boutique of affectious goods, while Helium is a noble addition as a high-end esthetics and style salon. Not only was it a pleasure to have worked with each of these new businesses, but we are exceedingly proud to have them join us to become a part of the largest development project in downtown Grand Island in over ten years.
